At ViralAdsGen (Aelior Labs, Inc.), we strive for 100% satisfaction. Because our services involve significant AI computing resources for each generation, we have established the following guidelines.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The service did not function as described.
• An unrecoverable technical issue occurred (confirmed by our support team).
• Multiple accidental charges for the same service.

3. Ineligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• You have already used the majority of your monthly AI generation credits.
• You simply “changed your mind” after the AI has already processed your video.
• Your product violated our content guidelines.
